Your helpful feedback affirms how uniquely beneficial Pam&#039;s Pilates training can be to anyone.  I&#039;m about to sign up for my second set of classes and can&#039;t wait to experience the results.  I&#039;ll record my progression as a series on this site, so stay tuned!</description>

		<description>I loved the article.  I have trained with Pam since last November.  Learning the Pilates way of training has changed my life.  I am 55 years old and have arthritis in both knees. Even though I worked out I was losing flexibility and strength.  Also, I had not been able to run for several years.  Pam has increased my flexibility, stamina and strength dramatically using Pilates.  This method of training has helped the alignment of my knees and hips so much that it has minimized the arthritis to the point that I can now run 3 miles on the treadmill.  Pam combined her knowledge, teaching ability and patience to develop workout programs for me that have improved the quality of my life more than I could have ever imagined!  I am addicted to this method of training!  I would highly recommend Pam Barich to anyone that is willing to put the work in to improve the quality of their life.  Thanks for the article.</description>
